He is the King of Kings Yet He Has Time for Me
In worship, the word Majesty caught my attention.
He is the King of Kings,
Majesty enthroned on high.
Yet
He has time for me.
He cares about my practical needs.
He’s there for me.
He’s my Deliverer
This reminds me of a song I play for my grandsons, “He’s a great big God, a very busy God but He has time for me.” (Bullfrogs and Butterflies)
Majesty.
He created and rules the world
Yet
He will always be there for me.
“I will never leave you or forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5 (NKJV)

How Pressure and Chocolate Can Be Good For You
Today I felt totally stressed out. I have a great opportunity to speak to share my program, “Why and How to Write Your Story,” The speaking event is a good opportunity to educate, empower and equip others to write their stories.
I have a lot to do to get ready for it and many decisions to make which make me feel a lot of pressure because I want to do it right. In the midst of thinking all these issues through, I had a sudden craving for chocolate. 🙂 I’m health conscious so I’ve purchased raw cocoa because of it’s superior health benefits and came up with my own variation of a raw chocolate recipe.
Wisdom For Every Decision You Make
Do you ever wonder if you’re making the right decision or the best decision you could make?
My friend’s husband had died a year and a half ago after a long and happy marriage. She confided in me. “Now that I’m alone, there’s a number of business decisions and then decisions on the house I have to make by myself. Sometimes I wonder if I’m making the right one.”
“I understand how you feel. I feel that way too sometimes. I find it challenging sometimes to make decisions by myself now too. I like the idea that God will give us wisdom for every decision we make.

Stress Management – 5 Benefits of Quietness
“True silence is the rest of the mind; it is to the spirit what sleep is to the body, nourishment and refreshment.” ~William Penn
If you feel you are on the go constantly and you feel stressed, then you might be overlooking a simple way to manage your stress. What is that simple way?
Quietness.
When you intentionally create quiet times, you can find relief from stress. Â You can take time when you wake up and before you go to bed to have a quiet time. Â As part of your routine, make time during the day, to pause, be quiet and think for a couple of minutes. You can even set a side time during the day depending on your need and the time you have.
