Keys to Success ~ Diligence Leads to Profit

Have you ever bought a product personally or for your business that you thought would profit you but in the end it didn’t?

We’ve all had that experience.

An online promotion says you need to act by a certain time to take advantage of their offer and you make a hasty decision. You lose your time and money acting in haste and end up poorer for it.

In another scenario, you sign up for something legitimate but you’re not diligent about implementing what you bought.

King Solomon, one of the wisest men who ever lived,  made this observation.

Children Are A Gift No Matter How They Come

I saw a touching sight today. When it’s my turn to serve in my grandson’s Sunday School Class, I always enjoy the 4 and 5-year-olds.

We have two little boys in the class from serious abuse backgrounds who have been adopted. They’re making progress with the love and support of their adoptive family.

Today, the moment the dad came to pick up the boys, one ran to him and the other one looked up with a shout of joy, exclaimed “Daddy!” I looked at my friend, in time to see the tears spring to his eyes.

A Friend Who Always Drags Me Down

Do you feel draggy a lot? Take a look at your sugar consumption.
White sugar and I are not good friends.

Sugar is one friend who always brings me down. LOL! Not only that, sugar is a friend who makes me irritable.

Honestly I got tired of the roller coaster high and then crashes sugar used to take me on. Sugar would have me singing the blues, make my mind fuzzy and leave me to walk around in a mental fog. I do not regret leaving my friendship with sugar.

You Don’t Have to Worry About Competition

What you have to offer
You don’t have to worry about competition
Because
No one can be who you are or
Can do it in the way you can do it
Even if others offer similar services
YOU are unique and special
You have a niche no one can fill

Wisdom For Every Decision You Make

Do you ever wonder if you’re making the right decision or the best decision you could make?

My friend’s husband had died a year and a half ago after a long and happy marriage. She confided in me. “Now that I’m alone, there’s a number of business decisions and then decisions on the house I have to make by myself. Sometimes I wonder if I’m making the right one.”

“I understand how you feel. I feel that way too sometimes. I find it challenging sometimes to make decisions by myself now too. I like the idea that God will give us wisdom for every decision we make.
